- Practice will begin Tuesday evening at Barfield Crescent Park at 6:30 p.m. Cross country tryouts are open to all BMS students with their paperwork turned in and will occur on Wednesday August 16 from 4-5:30pm at the Blackman High School track. Students should be picked up by 5:30pm at the high school track. WE WILL RUN EVEN IN THE RAIN (as long as there's no lightning).
Athletes may meet in Coach White's room (701) after school and walk over together when it is time for tryouts, or parents can bring their children straight to the track in time for tryouts to start. ***IMPORTANT***Everyone will need an up to date physical (dated on or after April 15-2017), proof of residence form with a utility bill attached (gas, water, or electric), concussion form, cardiac form, and medical release form turned in to Coach White prior to tryouts or at tryouts unless it is already on file with the AD.
